How to Connect to Your Work VPN Using OpenVPN Connect v3

Windows Users:

  1. Visit the OpenVPN official website.
  2. Download “OpenVPN Connect for Windows”.
  3. Run the installer and follow the setup prompts.

Mac Users:

  1. Visit the OpenVPN official website.
  2. Download “OpenVPN Connect for macOS”.
  3. Open the .dmg file and drag OpenVPN Connect into the Applications folder.

📌 Step 2: Get Your VPN Configuration File or URL

Your IT department or VPN administrator should provide:
✔ A VPN configuration file (.ovpn file) OR
✔ A VPN URL to enter manually

To import using a file:

  1. Open OpenVPN Connect.

✔ After importing the profile:

  1. Click the “Connect” button.
