Step 1: Sign in to Microsoft Teams 📱💻

To start using Teams Phone, ensure you’re signed into Microsoft Teams on your computer and mobile device using your Microsoft 365 credentials.

Step 2: Check Your Teams Phone Number 🔢

• Open Microsoft Teams.
• Click the Calls tab to see your assigned Teams Phone number at the top.
• Contact your IT team if your phone number is not listed or incorrect.

1. Click the Calls tab.
2. Use the dial pad to enter the number, or type a contact’s name.

During an active call:

1. Click More actions (…).
2. Select Transfer.
3. Type the name or number of your colleague.
4. Select their name and confirm to transfer the call.

1. Click your profile picture at the top-right corner.
2. Go to Settings > Calls.
