Axio Networks is a Scottsdale-based managed IT and cybersecurity provider serving small and mid-sized businesses across the Phoenix metro. We are a small, senior team, which means the people who join us work on real infrastructure — networks, servers, Microsoft 365, security and cloud — for clients in healthcare, legal, finance, construction and hospitality, and see the results of their work directly.
We hire for judgment and curiosity as much as certifications. If you take ownership of outcomes, communicate clearly with non-technical people and want to keep learning, we would like to hear from you — even if we are not actively hiring for a specific role today.

Help desk and support technicians. First response for client issues — Windows, Microsoft 365, networking basics, printers and devices — with a clear path to systems work.
Systems and network engineers. Windows Server, Active Directory and Entra ID, virtualization, firewalls, switching and wireless, backup and disaster recovery, cloud migrations.
Cybersecurity and compliance. Endpoint and email security, monitoring, risk assessments and compliance programs for HIPAA, GLBA, FTC Safeguards and PCI.
Field and project technicians. Structured cabling, hardware deployment, office moves and on-site support across the Valley.

A mix. Most support and engineering work is done from our Scottsdale office or remotely; field work takes place at client sites across the Phoenix metro.
Comfort with Windows and Microsoft 365, basic networking, a customer-first attitude and the ability to explain a fix in plain language. Experience at an MSP or in a business environment is a plus.
