Effective date: September 2, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of axionetworks.com and the related online services operated by Axio Networks LLC ("Axio Networks," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We have kept this in plain English on purpose.
These Terms apply to:
These Terms do not govern the managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, or professional services we deliver to clients. Those services, the systems and data we manage on a client's behalf, and the use of the client portal after sign-in are governed exclusively by the written service agreement, statement of work, or order between Axio Networks and that client (the "Service Agreement"). If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for that client.
Our Privacy Policy, available at axionetworks.com/privacy-policy, explains how we collect and use information on the Site and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Site is intended for businesses and for adults acting on behalf of a business or in a professional capacity. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form, request an assessment, or otherwise provide information through the Site. By using the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We publish articles, guides, Knowledge Base entries, service descriptions, and other material to help businesses understand IT and cybersecurity topics. That content is general information and is not:
Technology and threats change quickly, and content on the Site may become outdated. Before acting on anything you read here, confirm that it applies to your situation, and engage a qualified professional where appropriate. Any actual assessment, remediation, or ongoing service from Axio Networks is provided only under a Service Agreement.
Descriptions of our services, plans, response times, technologies, or pricing on the Site are for general information and marketing purposes. They are not an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment, and they do not create a Service Agreement. Any engagement with Axio Networks begins only when both parties sign a Service Agreement or an order that references one. Service scope, service levels, fees, and responsibilities are set out in that document, not on the Site.
Submitting a contact form, requesting an assessment, or scheduling a call does not make you a client and does not obligate either of us to enter into an agreement. We may decline to provide services to any prospective client at our discretion.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with anyone else's use of it. You may not:
We are a security company, and we take unauthorized access seriously. We may investigate suspected violations, block or restrict access, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. If you believe you have found a security issue on the Site, please report it to [email protected] rather than exploiting it, and we will work with you in good faith.
When you contact us through the Site, request an assessment, subscribe to updates, or apply for a position, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it that way. You are responsible for anything you submit under your name or on behalf of your organization.
By submitting a message, request, or other content through the Site, you give us permission to use it for the purpose it was sent, to respond to you, and to evaluate whether and how we can help. Please do not send us confidential business information, credentials, or sensitive personal data through public forms. If we need to exchange sensitive information, we will set up a secure channel.
If you send us suggestions or feedback about our services or the Site, we may use them without any obligation to you. Our use of your contact information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The client portal at portal.myaxio.com is provided to active clients under their Service Agreement and runs on a third-party service platform. Portal credentials are issued to authorized client personnel and may not be shared. Each client is responsible for keeping its credentials confidential, for all activity under its accounts, and for promptly telling us if it suspects unauthorized access.
Use of the portal after sign-in, including ticket submission, documentation, invoices, and reporting, is governed by the client's Service Agreement and by the portal platform provider's applicable terms. Nothing in these Terms expands or limits what a client is entitled to under its Service Agreement.
The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, page layouts, Knowledge Base articles, downloadable resources, and the underlying code, are owned by Axio Networks or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Axio Networks" and our logo are trademarks of Axio Networks LLC. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site, such as Microsoft, Microsoft 365, and the names of our technology partners, are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site and to print or download a reasonable number of pages for your own internal business use. You may share links to our content freely. Any other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Site contains links to third-party websites and may embed third-party tools, such as scheduling widgets, video players, and the portal platform. We link to or use them because we think they are useful, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. Your use of any third-party site or tool is subject to its own terms.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axio Networks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the content will be accurate, complete, or current.
This section applies to the Site only. Warranties, if any, regarding services we deliver to clients are set out in the applicable Service Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axio Networks and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.
This section applies to the Site only. Liability for services we deliver to clients is addressed in the applicable Service Agreement, which controls for that relationship.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Axio Networks and its members, managers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third party's rights in connection with your use of the Site.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also block or restrict access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms or where we believe it is necessary to protect the Site, our clients, or others. Sections 8 through 16 survive any termination of your access.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us thirty (30) days to try to resolve the issue informally.
Disputes between Axio Networks and a client regarding services are governed by the dispute-resolution terms in the applicable Service Agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. Changes to these Terms never change a signed Service Agreement.
