Any IT provider can order a laptop from a retailer. Authorized partnerships mean something different: direct access to vendor engineering and support escalation, partner pricing, advance notice of security issues and product changes, and accountability when hardware or software fails under warranty. When Axio Networks recommends a firewall, a server or a Microsoft license, it is a platform we are certified on, deploy regularly and can get fixed quickly.
We are deliberately selective. Our stack is built around vendors that serve small and mid-sized businesses well — enterprise reliability without enterprise complexity — and we do not accept incentives to push products that are not the right fit. If a client is better served by keeping what they have, that is the recommendation.

How Axio Networks Uses These Partnerships for Clients
Microsoft 365, Azure and security. As a Microsoft Partner we deploy and manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender for Business, Azure and Teams Phone with partner tooling and direct escalation to Microsoft support — and we optimize licensing so clients pay for what they use.
Business hardware. Dell, HP and HPE, Lenovo and SuperMicro cover workstations, laptops, servers and storage for every budget, with warranty and lifecycle managed by us. Synology provides on-site NAS for file storage, backup targets and surveillance.
Network and security. Fortinet and Cisco firewalls and switching, Ubiquiti UniFi wireless and Huntress managed detection and response form the core of the networks we build and protect.
Procurement and lifecycle. We quote, purchase, configure, deploy and eventually retire equipment on a planned schedule, so hardware refreshes are budgeted rather than emergencies. See IT Procurement and Hardware & Software.
No. We recommend what fits the client. Partnerships give us better pricing, support and warranty handling on the platforms we deploy most, but we support and integrate existing equipment from other vendors every day.
Yes. Managed clients typically purchase through us so equipment arrives configured, documented, under warranty and ready to deploy — usually at or below retail pricing.
Access to partner support escalation, licensing programs and tooling, and engineers who work in Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune daily. Licenses can be billed through our partner agreement with license optimization included.
We participate in standard partner programs, but our recommendations are driven by fit, security and total cost of ownership. We will tell you when the best option is to keep what you already own.
Yes. We coordinate with line-of-business software vendors — practice management, accounting, legal, construction, POS and more — on behalf of every client.
