• Other – Newsletters, CC’d emails, and lower-priority items.

How to Turn On Focused Inbox

Windows

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click View in the menu bar.
3. Select Show Focused Inbox.
   ✅ Two tabs will appear: Focused and Other.

Mac

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click Organize in the toolbar.
3. Toggle Focused Inbox to On.
   ✅ Your inbox splits into Focused and Other.

Outlook Web

1. Open Outlook Web.
2. Click Settings (gear icon) → View all Outlook settings.
3. Go to Mail → Layout.
4. Enable Focused Inbox.
5. Click Save.
